В настоящее время особую значимость приобретает правовая регламентация ответственности супругов по имущественным обязательствам, поскольку наличие различных объектов общего супружеского имущества предполагает их постоянное нахождение в гражданском обороте, то есть возможность выступления в качестве предмета различного рода обязательств, осуществляемых как обоими супругами совместно, так и каждым из них в отдельности. В связи с этим в статье будет отражено правовое регулирование общих имущественных обязательств супругов
