Emerging Trends in Biomimetics: An Overview

View through CrossRef
Biomimetics is the study of natural phenomenon and nature to understand the underlying mechanism to constitute ideas and application of those ideas to solve human problems. A comprehensible study of the nature’s way of solving things is an important matter in both scientific and technological aspects. Applicability of biomimetics is profound which may include the production of gold nano particles for cancer treatment, manufacturing aerodynamic thrust bearing and so on. This review article is a perception into the different innovations happening in the area of biomimetics which discusses the most modern innovations in biomimetics highlighting the advantages and their limitations.
