Monetary boards in theory and praxis

Ovaj rad bavi se pitanjem monetarnog odbora kao forme monetarne politike u smislu njegove optimalnosti u teoriji te mogucnosti i komplikacija primjene u praksi. Dat je kratak pregled literature na temu izbora optimalne politike deviznog kursa a zatim i primjeri i definicija monetarnog odbora u praksi. Rad nadalje navodi probleme implementacije monetarnog odbora u praksi te fundamentalne prijetnje i prakticne korake koje treba preduzeti kako bi on optimalno djelovao na ekonomiju. Konacno rad iznosi zakljucak da monetarni odbor, za male ekonomske sisteme, moze biti i jeste optimalna monetarna politika ako se pri njegovoj primjeni pridrzava navedenih pravila.
