Former Concentration Camp is Still Refugees' Camp. The former Concentration Camp Dachau near Munich is still the home for refugee families, mainly those with many children who could not yet afford to move into better lodgings. It is a rather ghostly sight, this camp. Fences, barbed wire and watching towers everywhere. Long wooden barracks and playing children in the narrow streets - but also television aerials on some of the roofs. 23rd September 1960
