PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN KONAWE KEPULAUAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work life balance dan Stres kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik sensus sampling dengan kriteria perempuan yang sudah berkeluarga dengan jumlah 37 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi software IBM SPSS Statistics Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Work life balance dan Stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Artinya bahwa jika Human capital dan Work life balance semakin baik, maka akan memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. (2) Work life balance secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Artinya bahwa semakin baik Work life balance yang dimiliki oleh perawat, maka semakin baik pula kinerja yang dimiliki oleh perawat. (3) Stres Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Artinya jika Stres kerja perawat berada pada posisi yang tinggi maka kinerja perawat akan menurun.
This study aims to test and analyze the Influence of Work Life Balance and Work Stress on the Performance of Nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Konawe Islands Regency. This study uses a census sampling technique with the criteria of women who are married with a total of 37 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Konawe Islands Regency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 software application. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work Life Balance and Work Stress simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the Performance of Nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Konawe Islands Regency. This means that if Human capital and Work life balance are getting better, it will have a positive impact in improving the Performance of Nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Konawe Islands Regency. (2) Work life balance partially has a significant positive effect on the Performance of Nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Konawe Islands Regency. This means that the better the Work life balance of the nurse, the better the performance of the nurse. (3) Work stress partially has a significant negative effect on the Performance of Nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Konawe Islands Regency. This means that if the nurse's work stress is in a high position, the nurse's performance will decrease.
