Genetic Diversity in M. Roem., progenies using D Toona ciliata 2Analysis

Genetic diversity studies were carried out for morphometric attributes in sixteen progenies of . Among the genetic Toona ciliataresources of a multivariate analysis was carried out using D clustering technique and classified sixteen progenies into five Toona ciliata 2 clusters. Cluster II revealed the maximum intra-cluster distance. The maximum inter cluster distance was found between clusters III and IV which exhibits a higher genetic distance between progenies. Volume index (81.66 percent) contributed the highest genetic Toona ciliata divergence among the growth characters, followed by basal diameter and plant height.
