BANCA ETICA, ALTERNATIVA SOCIAL Y ECONÓMICA (Ethical Banking, Social and Economic Alternative)

<b>Spanish Abstract:</b> La investigación sobre las percepciones de los estudiantes de los programas académicos de contaduría pública de varias instituciones de educación superior de la ciudad de Cali, sobre Banca Ética, buscando equipar los estándares internacionales de formación en contabilidad, emitidos por la IFAC, donde se expone la necesidad de constituir contadores públicos, sociales y competentes a lo largo de la vida profesional, incluyendo el desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas, éticas y sociales, que buscan la actuación de los futuros profesionales de manera responsable, estableciendo su quehacer en la banca ética, conocida también como banca social, banca de alternativa, en el marco del desarrollo económico e innovación social. <br><br>El objetivo es analizar como los estudiantes, perciben la banca ética mediante la aplicación de un instrumento investigativo para la recolección de la información y su relación con la gerencia organizacional y el desarrollo económico utilizando una muestra poblacional de 550 participantes. <br><br>La información se recolecta con un cuestionario electrónico, utilizando la perspectiva de investigación cuantitativa, obteniendo información a partir de las frecuencias y recurrencias perceptuales de los estudiantes. Este trabajo es representativo, participativo y pluralista propone la intervención de todos en la construcción del desarrollo solidario. <br><br>De la información obtenida se concluye, si bien se tiene conocimientos de lo que significa la banca ética, se debe trabajar estratégicamente en la solidaridad financiera, el cambio colectivo, para integrarlos para su quehacer en las organizaciones.<br><br><b>English Abstract:</b> The research on the perceptions of students of the academic programs of public accounting of various institutions of higher education in the city of Cali, on Ethical Banking, seeking to equip the international standards of training in accounting, issued by IFAC, where the The need to constitute public, social and competent accountants throughout their professional life, including the development of cognitive, ethical and social skills, who seek the performance of future professionals in a responsible manner, establishing their work in ethical banking, also known as social banking, alternative banking, within the framework of economic development and social innovation. <br><br>The objective is to analyze how students perceive ethical banking through the application of an investigative instrument to collect information, and its relationship with organizational management and economic development using a population sample of 550 participants. <br><br>The information is collected with an electronic questionnaire, using the quantitative research perspective, obtaining information from the perceptual frequencies and recurrences of the students. This work is representative, participatory and pluralistic and proposes the intervention of all in the construction of solidarity development. <br><br>From the information obtained, it is concluded, although there is knowledge of what ethical banking means, it is necessary to work strategically on financial solidarity, collective change, to integrate them for their work in organizations
