Documentation support for management

The textbook discusses current aspects of the regulatory regulation of office management processes, including the compilation, design and systematization of management documentation. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the current legal framework, which includes legislative and regulatory acts that establish requirements for document management and provide a legal basis for dealing with cases.
The key section is the documentation of management processes, covering the conceptual framework of a document as a medium of information, the classification of types of documents and their subtypes, as well as the rules for processing documentation forms and the structure of the details. The standards for the compilation of the main categories of management documents — organizational, administrative, information and reference documents, forming a set of organizational and administrative documentation, are disclosed in detail.
The mechanisms of document management are considered, including the sequence of passing documents, algorithms for registering incoming and outgoing materials, the procedure for tracking deadlines, as well as the principles of forming commercial documentation governing contractual and other business relationships between counterparties.
The rules for storing management documents at the stage of current record keeping and procedures for their preparation for transfer to the archive in accordance with the current standards of archival affairs are described.
Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education of the latest generation. It is based on the provisions of GOST R 7.0.97-2025, GOST R 7.0.8-2025 and other regulatory documents.
