Enhanced Control of Single-Phase Converter Integrated with Solar PV and BESS for Low Voltage Ride Through in Distribution Networks

Lorem This paper introduces a control architecture utilizing HCC for a grid-connected solar photovoltaic system. The control structure is designed to seamlessly synchronize the two-stage solar photovoltaic system at the point of common coupling (PCC), where the source and load are connected. It ensures optimal solar power injection while improving Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) performance. Due to high penetration of in power system due to large loads or grid faults Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) occurred. To preserve the balance of grid due to huge fluctuation of solar power to the utility grid, LVRT features are mandatory and different grid codes set by the energy regulatory bodies across the world. Enhancement in the LVRT capability by using H-Bridge converter which has improved advanced structure, which is improved the LVRT by injecting the reactive power and for control strategy a hysteresis current control (HCC) technique with Proportional Integral is used which improved the system stability under the dynamic condition. The results are taken under the different condition such as irradiance variation LVRT condition with the MATLAB/Simulink, and found it satisfactory
