Brown felt handbag, possibly made by donor's mother, UK, 1920-1940. A small, rectangular bag made of brown felt. The bag is lined with a matching brown coloured fabric (now loose) and it has a metal zip opening at the top. It has two thin handles, one each side of the zip opening. The bag has handsewn appliqué floral motifs on each side. A large central motif of a larger flower is at the centre of both sides of the bag; yellow on one side, and red on the other. Surrounding each of these are branches in green stitching and little applied green leaves and small flowers in assorted colours of felt; pink, green, purple, orange and red.

The bag is lined with a matching brown coloured fabric (now loose) and it has a metal zip opening at the top.
It has two thin handles, one each side of the zip opening.
The bag has handsewn appliqué floral motifs on each side.
