Sodann werden die Wechselwirkungen des Verantwortlichkeitsrechts zu anderen Rechtsgebieten beleuchtet (Prozessfinanzierung sowie Haftung des Verwaltungsrats für Steuern und steuerliche Aspekte bei Verantwortlichkeitsansprüchen). Schliesslich wird die Rechtsprechung zum Diesel-Skandal rechtsvergleichend analysiert.
