The counterstamp belongs to a number of counterstamps applied to this type and showing a Roman ruler with laurel wreath after r. The legend of the counterstamp to recognize on an augustean coin of Byblos ends with R. Front: Head of Tiberius with laurel wreath after r. On the neck a round counterstamp.
