Abstract
Eps15 is a prototype of the growing family of proteins containing EH domains.5 EH domains are found in yeast, worm, fly, frog, and mammalian proteins. The closest known homologue of Eps15 in mammalian cells is Eps15R, an Eps15-related protein4 (Fig. 1).

Abstract
Chromosomal rearrangements of the human MLL gene are a genetic hallmark for aggressive acute leukemias. More than 60 partner genes have been characterized a...

Eps15/Pan1p is a master regulator of the late stages of the endocytic pathway
Endocytosis is a multistep process involving the sequential recruitment and action of numerous proteins. This process can be divided into two phases: an early phase, in which sites...

Regulation of clathrin coat assembly by Eps15 homology domain–mediated interactions during endocytosis
Clathrin-mediated endocytosis involves a coordinated series of molecular events regulated by interactions among a variety of proteins and lipids through specific domains. One such ...

Yeast Eps15-like endocytic protein Pan1p regulates the interaction between endocytic vesicles, endosomes and the actin cytoskeleton
The actin cytoskeleton plays important roles in the formation and internalization of endocytic vesicles. In yeast, endocytic vesicles move towards early endosomes along actin cable...
