Annotatsiya: Tuxumdon endometrioid kistalari ayollar reproduktiv yoshida keng tarqalgan ginekologik kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, ularning rivojlanishida surunkali yallig‘lanish, to‘qima remodellingi va fibroz jarayonlari muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada tuxumdon endometrioid kistalarida kechadigan morfologik o‘zgarishlar, xususan stromal fibroz, kollagen tolalarning ko‘payishi, epiteliy va stromaning strukturaviy qayta tashkil topishi gistologik va immunogistokimyoviy usullar yordamida baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari endometrioid kistalarning patogenezi va klinik kechishini chuqurroq tushunishga xizmat qiladi.
