Various Essays in Logic and Logical Positivism

This Paper-Book is about Logic and Logical Positivism and Law. It is argued that Midwest Logical Positivism, which is defined as, "Experience and Logical Reasoning therefrom," is a more adequate epistemology and cognitive knowledge process structure than sense experience only based logical positivism. For example, if logical positivism is based solely on sense experience and logical reasoning therefrom, then, the question arises as to whether the information gained from listening to a lecture with sense experience or reading a text book with sense experience, whether the subject matter is theology or newtonian physics, counts as sense experience or not for purposes of logical positivism. Additionally, it is apparent that a person can prove the Existence of God as the Unmoved Mover or God as the First Cause, Uncaused Cause, starting with sense experience and reasoning with logic from there, and thus sense based logical positivism cannot exclude discussions of God or theology or philosophy or jurisprudence involving God. Thus, sense experience based logical positivism, as such, is an illogical, incoherent approach to reality.
