Za cel artykuu przyjto identyfikacj soft power w polityce bezpieczestwa RP. Rozwizanie problemu oglnego, identyfikujcego przedmiot poznania (soft power w polityce bezpieczestwa RP), nastpio w wyniku zastosowania analizy przyczynowo-skutkowej, ktra suy okreleniu podstawowych zwizkw midzy soft power w polityce bezpieczestwa RP, elementami soft power i celem jego dziaania. Z kolei analiza sowotwrcza wsparta analizami filologicznymi, indukcyjnymi i intuicyjnymi, a take analiz logiczn, pozwolia ustali zakres i tre podstawowych poj. W artykule wyjaniono ponadto wano soft power w budowaniu pozycji RP na arenie midzynarodowej oraz zabezpieczania jej interesw narodowych zwaszcza w kontekcie zapewniania jej bezpieczestwa. Autor ustali zakres i tre soft power w polityce bezpieczestwa RP po 1989 r., analizujc m.in. dokumenty Strategii Bezpieczestwa Narodowego RP oraz aktywnoci Biura Bezpieczestwa Narodowego. W efekcie okrelone zostao to co najwaniejsze i podstawowe w soft power, polityce bezpieczestwa RP oraz sprecyzowano soft power w polityce bezpieczestwa narodowego RPAbstractThe aim of this article is to identify soft power in the security policy of the Republic of Poland (RP). Cause-effect analysis is used to identify the object of cognition (soft power in the security policy of the RP), as it serves to determine the fundamental connections between soft power in the RPs security policy, soft power components, and their purpose. In turn, word-formation is supported by induction, philological and intuitive methods, and also logical methods. It allows us to determine the scope and content of fundamental concepts. This article explains the validity of soft power in building the position of the RP in the international arena and safeguarding the national interest of Poland, particularly in the context of ensuring Polish security. Moreover, the author determines the scope and content of soft power in the post-1989 security policy of the RP, among other things by analysing documents of the National Security Strategy of the RP and National Security Bureau actions. As a result, the most important and fundamental components of soft power, RPs security policy, and soft power in the RPs national security policy have been identified.
