A fourth shield with a heart label. The latter is red, sprinkled with small lead balls and in it is armored right arm 1) holding cord 2). 1. and 4. there is a red rose in blue. 2. and 3. in gold is an iron arrow 3). On the gable rests a crowned wheel shed with blue - gold blankets. The jewel is the arm from the shield.
The miniature is in a golden frame. The emblem is placed in an oval light violet medallion damaged in gold and at the edge of silver with a gold border. The whole medallion is placed in a white cartouche with gold edges decorated at the bottom on each side with a golden steer. One gold-haired cherubín head with white wings, which are part of the cartouche, stands out from the edge of the cartouche on each side. The top of the cartouche bends forward to the observer and thus reveals the red back of the cartouche, with the edge of the cartouche taking the form of an acanthus. The cartouche rests on a gray step in front of the statue of the gray monument. There are trophies on the pedestal above. On both sides of the pedestal, the trophy consists of: a brown barrel buried with gold hoops, full of cannonballs, other balls are in front of the barrel, a gold cannon with brown, iron beaten wheels, red - white - gold and blue - white - gold striped battalion and several peaks. On the sides of the cartouche stands a figure on the step. On the right it is about Bellon. She is dressed in a pink upper and green lower dress and in an orange cloak. On her head she has an iron, gold-plated helmet with a plume of red pens, from under which brown hair falls on her shoulders. With his right hand he is leaning on an iron shield with a golden edge, with his left leaning on a brown tree - a golden cobbler with an iron spike and a red stirrup. The shoe is in purple caliga. To the left of the cartouche stands Mars. He is wearing a blue scaly carapace with golden edges, which is overlaid with a green fencing, the stirring of which is made with gold. A yellow skirt stands out from under the carapace and a pink, gold and silver embroidered tunic. It has a red cloak with gold marked belly over its shoulders. He carries an iron, gold-forged bow with five pens, three red and two white on his head, from under which golden hair falls on his shoulders. A cartouche with a coat of arms is held with his right hand, holding brown in his left hand - a golden woodsman with an iron point on the way of the partisan and with a red shaker. The debut is in purple caliga. Uncovered parts of the body of all figures are made with skin paint. Below the stairs in the middle is a gold - a red cartouche with an oval scene of a cavalry battle. There are trophies in the corners between the lower cartouche and the corners of the miniature. On the right, the trophy consists of: an iron rump with a golden monile, a golden interior and a plume of red pens, an iron, gold-forged kyrye, including a short, a jack and a wristband, which is partially covered by a helmet, a black - a golden pennant, blue, white and red balls and a yellow oval shield. On the left, the trophy consists of a similar kyryso, which covers a similar wheeled helmet, two muskets, a halberd and a red - white striped flag, and a yellow oval shield.
