DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD FOR THE QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF LANSOPRAZOLE AND RABEPRAZOLE

View through CrossRef
The article is devoted to the development and validation of methods for spectrophotometric quantitative determination of lansoprazole and rabeprazole in the substance and various prepara-tions. 96% ethyl alcohol was chosen as a common solvent. The working wavelengths for lanso-prazole were set at 285 nm, and for rabeprazole at 275 nm. The relative error of determination is ± 0.32% for “Lansil” capsules, ± 0.58% for “Rabeloc” lyophilized powder. The validation of methods for spectrophotometric quantitative determination of lansoprazole and rabeprazole in standard samples for some parameters was carried out.
