To analyse the antimicrobial activity .4 bacterial and 3 chandigar the species are E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio Pseudomonas aeroginosa and Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans,Penicilium notatum and were performed by disc diffusion method In present investigation the phytochemical analysis of Cissus quadrangularis by method was performed for the detection of alkaloids, phenols, steroids, saponin, flavonoids and pigment (chlorophyll). To analyse the antimicrobial activity .4 bacterial and 3 fungal species chandigar the species are E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio cholera, Pseudomonas aeroginosa and Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, Penicilium notatum and antifungal activity were performed by disc diffusion method In present investigation the phytochemical analysis of Cissus quadrangularis by Thin Layer Chromatographic method was performed for the detection of alkaloids, phenols, steroids, saponin, flavonoids and pigment (chlorophyll). In conclusion, the existence of active antimicrobial metabolites of dt of Cissus quadrangularis isthe several disease caused by pathogens such as staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Klebsiella peneumoniae, Vibrio cholera Pencilium notatum, candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. However further studies are necessary to confirm the activity of tand to determine the chemical structure of active compounds.
