View through CrossRef
Abstract The study examines the relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational transparency, organizational loyalty, and subjective well-being. This study used the correlation method based on quantitative research to find the relationship between the variables in question. In the collection of data, the "School Transparency Scale" developed by Çelik and Tosun [12], the "School Loyalty Scale" developed by Akman [1], and the "Teacher Subjective Well-being Scale" developed by Renshaw, Long, and Cook [40] and adapted by Ergün and Nartgün [18] were used. The effect of teachers' organizational transparency perceptions on organizational loyalty and subjective well-being perceptions was investigated, and a linear regression analysis was conducted. The research findings determined that teachers' organizational transparency perceptions were at a "high" level, organizational loyalty perceptions, and teachers' subjective well-being perceptions were "high." According to the correlation analysis, a moderate and positive relationship existed between teachers' perceptions of organizational transparency and organizational loyalty. In this direction, it was found that there was a low and positive relationship between subjective well-being perceptions, as well as a moderate and positive relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational loyalty and subjective well-being perceptions. According to the regression analyses, it was found that teachers' perceptions of organizational transparency affected their perceptions of organizational loyalty positively and significantly at a moderate level; teachers' perceptions of organizational transparency affected their perceptions of subjective well-being positively and significantly at a low level.
