Gambaran Kepuasan Mahasiswa Keperawatan dalam Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile Smart ECG

Metode pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi di era digitalisasi sangat di perlukan untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Mobile Smart ECG. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran kepuasan Mahasiswa Keperawatan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Mobile Smart ECG. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif retrospektif studi, dengan populasi Mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala yang mengambil mata kuliah Keperawatan Dewasa: Sistem Kardiovaskuler, Respirasi dan Hematologi sebanyak 133 Mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 70 Mahasiswa. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner gambaran kepuasan mahasiswa keperawatan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Mobile Smart ECG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna terhadap pengunaan aplikasi Mobile Smart ECG berada pada kategori puas yaitu sebesar 100%. Penggunaan Smart ECG memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, yang dipengaruhi oleh lima aspek penting, yakni penilaian kebergunaan (100%), persepsi kemudahan pengguna (97,1%), pengaruh sosial (92,9%), kondisi yang memfasilitasi (97,1%) dan motivasi hedonik (98,6%). Diharapkan aplikasi Smart ECG dapat di jadikan salah satu media dalam memfasilitasi mahasiwa.

Application-based learning methods in the digital era are very much needed to facilitate students, one of which is by using the Mobile Smart ECG Application. The purpose of this study was to identify the picture of Nursing Students' satisfaction with the use of the Mobile Smart ECG application. The research design used a descriptive retrospective study, with a population of 133 students from the Faculty of Nursing, Syiah Kuala University who took the Adult Nursing course: Cardiovascular, Respiratory and Hematology Systems. The sampling technique used purposive sampling totaling 70 students. The data collection tool used a questionnaire describing the satisfaction of nursing students in using the Mobile Smart ECG application. The results showed that user satisfaction with the use of the Mobile Smart ECG application was in the satisfied category, which was 100%. The use of Smart ECG has a positive influence on student satisfaction, which is influenced by five important aspects, namely usefulness assessment (100%), perception of ease of use (97.1%), social influence (92.9%), facilitating conditions (97.1%) and hedonic motivation (98.6%). It is hoped that the Smart ECG application can be used as one of the media in facilitating students.
