<b>Azerbaijani Abstract:</b> Məqalədə yarma məhsullarının çeşidləri göstərilmiş və keyfiyyətlərinə baxılmışdır. Yarmaların kimyəvi tərkibin analizi və yarmanın enerji dəyərinin miqdarının müqayisəli təhlili və məhsulların qidalılıq dəyərinin qiymətlərinin müasir xarakteristikası, həm də tərkibinə daxil olan makro və mikronutrienlərin keyfiyyətinin qiymətləndirilməsi göstərilmişdir. Bundan başqa məqalədə buğda və çovdar dənlərinin kimyəvi tərkibi göstərilmiş, İQ-texnologiyalar tətbiqlə alınmış taxıl məhsullarının keyfiyyət xarakteristikalarinin tədqiqatı öyrənilmiş və nəticələr əldə edilmişdir.<br><br><b>English Abstract:</b> The article describes the types of splitting products and their quality. The analysis of the chemical composition of yarns and the comparative analysis of the amount of energy consumed and the modern characteristic of the nutritional value of the products, as well as the evaluation of the quality of macro and micro-nutrients included in the composition. In addition, the article describes the chemical composition of wheat and rye grains, the study of the quality characteristics of grain products obtained with IQ-technologies, and the results have been obtained.
