Changing Britain: scientific report

View through CrossRef
The report “Changing Britain” focuses on current trends in the economic and political life of the United Kingdom, as well as the country’s role in the global economy and international relations. It provides an analysis of key trends, and offers expert assessments and forecasts on several main themes: the state and challenges of the British economy; contemporary political dynamics and public opinion; and the United Kingdom’s relationships with the United States and the European Union. Special attention is paid to the country’s role and strategy within NATO. The purpose of the report is to draw conclusions about trends and contradictions in the UK socio-economic and political development, that may be most important for Russia’s foreign policy. The report is intended for researchers and practitioners, as well as a broad readership interested in the socio-economic and political development of the UK, its foreign policy, and its place in the modern world.
