Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan AC Berbasis Web pada CV. Pusat Aircon Utama Semarang

The management of air conditioner (AC) rental services at CV. Pusat Aircon Utama Semarang still faces challenges in recording and managing customer data, equipment data, rental transactions, and equipment movements, which are not yet fully integrated. This condition makes the process of searching and managing rental information less optimal. This study aims to design and implement a Web-Based AC Rental Information System at CV. Pusat Aircon Utama Semarang to support more structured rental data management. The system development method uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database, while data relationships were modeled using an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The results of the study are a web-based information system that provides features for managing customer data, equipment data, rental transactions, rental details, outgoing equipment, returns, and incoming equipment. The developed system integrates rental data and equipment movements within a single database, enabling rental information to be recorded, managed, and traced more systematically. The system is expected to support the operational activities of CV. Pusat Aircon Utama Semarang in managing AC rental information.
