The Role of Startups and Entrepreneurship in Promoting Gender Equity for Inclusive Growth in the 21st Century

India, which is currently the fourth-largest economy globally, is going to be a hub for startups and unicorns. It has become a $4 trillion economy globally. For the past four years, India has been registering the highest growth rate globally. We are currently leading the world with regard to growth. Currently, India is focusing on the services sector and the manufacturing sector. For this reason, it is focusing on infrastructure creation. It has been a hub for startups for the past 15 years. Startups and entrepreneurs play a vital role with regard to the economic growth of any country. Startups and entrepreneurs form the platform for new innovations. It is without a doubt that new startups contribute to the growth of the expansion of economic activities. China has grown into a superpower because of the startups it has developed over the past four decades. Startups have contributed immensely to the growth of China's GDP. Startups have contributed immensely to China’s growth into a superpower. China has been a supporter of new startups so far. In particular, through funding the activities of the startups, the entrepreneurs and the government are promoting the creation of innovative products. The Indian government aims to increase their contribution to the overall growth of the country, and they want to support our country's startups by making the institutional and infrastructural changes that are required for the country to become a $10 trillion economy by 2047. In particular, the idea to make India a manufacturing and services sector hub through the concept of Atma Nirbhar Bharat and Make in India is good. Identifying the talent in the youth of India and making them interested in research. Selecting startups that lead to innovation and making them promote their products as entrepreneurs or creating new products. These startups also contribute to the overall growth and development of the country. The schemes that have been initiated to promote the interest of women in India are: the "Skill India Scheme," which includes training and capacity building for women; "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme"; "Stand Up India Scheme," which includes providing interest-free loans to women; "Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY)"; "Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana," which includes providing incentive subsidies to women; "women Self Help Groups," providing skill training to women; "women safety and health," which includes providing safety and health to women through the "Pradhan Mantri Lok Kalyan Yojana"; "Pradhan Mantri Public Transport Scheme (PMPRY)," which includes helping women start their own business in the agriculture sector, manufacturing sector, and services sector.
