Each of these short chapters provides brief, readable descriptions of assessment practices, psychotherapy practices, and other unique uses of mental health professionals’ skillsets that are applied outside of the more traditional medical model. This book is intended to help you develop a practice environment that allows you to support yourself and your loved ones while you provide the best care possible to those you serve.
