The textbook outlines the basics of diagnosis, treatment and medical rehabilitation of patients with chronic diseases of the veins of the lower extremities complicated by trophic ulcers. Based on the analysis of the literature and the results of their own research, modern views on the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of this complication and the principles of complex treatment are presented. Individual tactics with the use of clinical, functional and
biomechanical methods in diagnosis and treatment are substantiated. The authors described the technique of classical operations and modern minimally invasive technologies.
