Kontributi i Zellig Sabbetai Harris për gjuhësinë (The Contribution of Zellig Sabbetai Harris for Linguistics)

<b>Albanian Abstract:</b> Në vitet e ’30-ta (shek. XX) studiuesit që dhanë kontribut në fushën e gjuhësisë deskriptive ishin Leonard Bloomfield, Eduard Sapiri etj., mirëpo këta kishin studentë që ishin dashamirës të rrugëtimeve të tyre, të cilët sollën një varg ndihmesash të rëndësishme për gjuhësinë. Studiuesit e rinj që e kanë vazhduar periudhën postblumfildianë ishin të shumtë dhe që njihen me emrin postblumfildianë. Nder studiuesit me të zellshëm mund t’i theksojmë: Zellig Harrisi, Çarlz Hoketi, Bernardo Bloku, Brikmont, Sokal, Chomsky, Edward Keenan, Philipp Wiener, Christopher Landauer etj. Këta studiues kishin bërë një qark të studimeve gjuhësore. Si objekt qendror kishin gjuhësinë ta studionin në formë matematikore. Studiuesit në fjalë studimet gjuhësore i kanë studiuar dhe quajtur “Mathematical Linguistics” (Gjuhësi matematikore). <b>English Abstract:</b> In the 1930s (at the beginning of 20th century) the scholars who have contributed in the field of descriptive linguistics were Leonard Bloomfield, Eduard Sapiri etc., but they have had the students who were benevolent of their recommendations, which brought a number of important contributions for linguistics. Young scholars who continued the Postblumfildian period were numerous and are known as Postblumfildian. Among zealous scholars we can point out: Zellig Harris, Charles Hoketi, Bernardo Bloku, Brikmont, Sokal, Chomsky, Edward Keenan, Philipp Wiener, Christopher Landauer and others. These scholars had made a circuit of language studies. As a central object they had the linguistics to study in mathematical form. Linguistic studies have studied and called "Mathematical Linguistics". The aim of this paper is to description the contribution of Zellig Harris for “Mathematical Linguistics”.
