ANALISIS GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI SEBAGAI FAKTOR PENENTU KINERJA PEGAWAI DI BPS KABUPATEN MUNA

This study aims: (1) To simultaneously determine the influence of directive leadership style, supportive leadership style, participative leadership style and organizational climate on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency, (2) To determine the influence of directive leadership style on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency, (3) To determine the influence of supportive leadership style on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency, (4) To determine the influence of participative leadership style on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency and (5) To determine the influence of organizational climate on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency. The population and sample in this study were 33 people. The data source used was primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires by respondents. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Directive leadership style, supportive leadership style, participative leadership style  and organizational climate have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency, (2) Directive leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency, (3) Supportive leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency, (4) Participative leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Muna Regency and (5) Organizational climate has an effect on the performance of employees of the Central Statistics Agency of  Muna Regency.
