Pauvreté au Chili

Résumé La pauvreté est un phénomène d’une grande complexité qui fait référence aux carences aux plans matériel et non matériel d’une personne ou d’un groupe. Pour la comprendre, il est nécessaire de prendre en compte notamment le contexte socio-historique où elle se manifeste. Ainsi l’objectif de cette contribution est de donner une vision générale de la pauvreté actuelle au Chili. Nous prendrons en considération le contexte historique, politique et social des dernières années, ce qui nous permettra d’examiner l’évolution de la pauvreté, ses causes et ses conséquences.
