Disparity Between the Principle of What Constitutes sorcery That Leads to Disbelief and the Principle of What Does not
View through CrossRef
The research addresses a legal principle from the rules of Imam al-Qarafi, may Allah have mercy on him, and demonstrates its importance in classifying types of sorcery that lead to disbelief and distinguishing it from actions that resemble sorcery. This has implications for building an accurate understanding of the true nature of disbelieving sorcery before ruling on its various cases. The research also clarifies the reality of sorcery and its dangers to the five essential needs mentioned by scholars of legal principles. Additionally, the researcher offers some scientific critiques of what Imam al-Qarafi stated regarding the classification of this principle and provides a scientifically validated reclassification of the types of sorcery mentioned by al-Qarafi in his explanation

Description:
The research addresses a legal principle from the rules of Imam al-Qarafi, may Allah have mercy on him, and demonstrates its importance in classifying types of sorcery that lead to disbelief and distinguishing it from actions that resemble sorcery.
This has implications for building an accurate understanding of the true nature of disbelieving sorcery before ruling on its various cases.
The research also clarifies the reality of sorcery and its dangers to the five essential needs mentioned by scholars of legal principles.
