PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, CITRA MEREK, DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI MAMIZIO CAKE & BAKERY, KABUPATEN JEMBRANA

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the factors influencing consumer decisions in choosing products at Mamazio Cake & Bakery, Jembrana Regency, focusing on product quality, brand image, and price. A total of 60 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires based on a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that the independent variables, namely product quality, brand image, and price, each have t-values of 13.915, 13.148, and 16.022, respectively. Product quality (X1), with a t-value of 13.915 and a significance level of 0.000, has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y). Similarly, brand image (X2), with a t-value of 13.148 and a significance level of 0.000, and price (X3), with a t-value of 16.022 and a significance level of 0.000, both have positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions (Y).Keywords: Product quality, brand image and price against purchase decisionABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam memilih produk di Mamazio Cake & Bakery, Kabupaten Jembrana, dengan fokus pada kualitas produk, citra merek, dan harga. Kualitas produk (X1) dengan nilai t-hitung 13,915 dan signifikan pada 0,000, memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).
