EVALUASI KETIDAKLENGKAPAN PENGISIAN INFORMED CONSENT TINDAKAN OPERASI DI RUMAH SAKIT MUHAMMADIYAH LAMONGAN

Latar belakang: informed consent adalah persetujuan tindakan medis yang diberikan kepada pasien atau keluarga terdekatnya setelah mendapat penjelasan lengkap tentang tindakan medis yang akan dilakukan terhadap pasien tersebut. Peneliti menemukan masih terdapat pengisian informed consent yang tidak lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab ketidaklengkapan pengisian informed consent tindakan operasi di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Subyek dan metode: desain pada penelitian ini sequential explanatory. Teknik pengambilan data kuantitatif menggunakan simple random sampling berjumlah 89 informed consent dan data kualitatif menggunakan snowball sampling didapatkan 5 responden dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kelengkapan pengisian informed consent sebanyak 85% dan ketidaklengkapan sebanyak 15%, faktor penyebab ketidaklengkapan pengisian lembar informed consent dokter terburu-buru karena banyaknya pasien yang harus segera diberikan tindakan dan belum adanya pemberlakkuan punishment dan reward, kesesuaian pengisian lembar informed consent dengan SPO Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Lamongan sudah sesuai yaitu dengan kesesuaian sebesar 100%. Saran, setiap dokter wajib meninjau ulang kelengkapan informed consent dan perlu adanya pemberlakuan punishment dan reward. Dengan adanya punishment dan reward diharapkan hasil yang didapatkan dalam pengisian lembar informed consent tindakan operasi meningkat dan kelengkapan dapat tercapai sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan serta agar mutu bagian rekam medis menjadi baik.   Kata kunci: faktor penyebab, kelengkapan Informed Consent, kesesuaian dengan SPO   Background: informed consent is a medical action approval given to the patient or to his/her next of kin after receiving a complete explanation of the medical action to be performed. The researcher found that there was incomplete filling of informed consent. The purpose of this study was to identify factors causing incomplete filling of informed consent for surgery at Muhammadiyah Hospital of Lamongan. This research used sequential explanatory design. The quantitative data were collected by using simple random sampling of 89 informed consent, and the qualitative data were gathered though snowball sampling of 5 respondents to interview. The results showed that the completeness of filling out informed consent was 85%, and the incompleteness was 15%. Several factors caused the incompleteness of filling out the informed consent sheet including the doctors were in a hurry because of the large number of patients who had to be given immediate action. Besides, there was no punishment and reward. Filling out the informed consent sheet in Muhammadiyah Hospital of Lamongan was suitable with the SPO of 100%. In conclusion, doctors are obliged to review the completeness of informed consent. Additionally, it requires to implement punishment and reward so that filling out the informed consent form for surgery will increase and completeness can be achieved according to predetermined standards.
