Concha Győző munkásságának recepciója az 1918 és 1945 közötti korszakban

Joggal állítható, hogy a Horthy-rendszer két világháború közötti időszakának egyik legrelevánsabb szakmai munkája Concha államelméleti tudományos tevékenységének recepciója szempontjából Rusznák Rezsőtől származik. Az 1928-ban megjelent írás az európai kormányformák, állammodellek részletes elemzésére tesz kísérletet. Vizsgálatának fókuszpontja a parlamentarizmus válsághelyzete a kormányzati típusok funkciója, valamint a totalitárius államrendszerek törekvései szempontjából. A mű szakmai lektorálását Concha, valamint Illés József jogászprofesszor, a történeti jogtudományok pozitivista irányzatának kiemelkedő hazai kutatója végezte. Mindezeket összevetve, Rusznák művét különösen érdemes vizsgálni a Concha-recepció feltárásának árnyalása és bővítése érdekében.
