Cybernetics 3.0.

The texts presented here are the result of a research work carried during more than 10 years. They began analyzing the value of human doing in general. As time went by, we discovered that the problems encountered and the solutions were historically related to cybernetics. During the Heinz von Foerster (1911-2002) considered the cybernetics of Wiener and Rosenblueth as "observed systems" and classified it as a cybernetics of the “first order”. He saw himself as the founder of the cybernetics of the “second order”, because it change to be the study of "observing systems". Our research is a development of some of the ideas of the first and second order cybernetics, moving from “observed” and “observing” systems to “acting systems”. We denote it “cybernetics 3.0”.
