Celtis taxonok törzsmorfológiájának és növekedésintenzitásának megfigyelése faiskolai és fasori környezetben

A Celtis occidentalis, a Celtis occidentalis 'Magnifica' fajta, és a Celtis australis törzs egyenességét és a törzs vastagodásának mértékét vizsgáltuk a Tahi Faiskolában, valamint három budapesti fasorban, két vegetációs perióduson keresztül. A mérések eredményei alapján következtettünk a vizsgált taxonok várostűrő képességére. A Celtis occidentalis a legrosszabb törzsnevelő volt a faiskolában, törzsvastagodása pedig átlagosnak mondható. A Celtis occidentalis 'Magnifica' fajta bonitálási értékei közepesek voltak, törzse igen jól vastagodott, különösen a faiskolai állományban. A Celtis australis a legkiválóbb törzsnevelő mindkét vizsgálati helyszínen, és törzsvastagodása is kiemelkedett a másik két fajhoz-fajtához viszonyítva a faiskolai állományban.
