Personnel Stress Management in the Modern Conditions of the SHIVA-world

В статье рассматриваются понятия стресса, стрессоров и стресс-менеджмента с позиции управления персоналом. Предлагается концепция управления стрессом персонала в условиях SHIVA-мира. Стресс-менеджмент в компаниях реализуется как на организационном уровне, так и на личностном уровне отдельного сотрудника. Даются рекомендации по профилактике, минимизации и преодолению стрессовых ситуаций сотрудников.
The article discusses the concepts of stress, stressors and stress management from the perspective of HR-management. The concept of personnel stress management in the conditions of SHIVA-world is proposed. Stress management in companies is implemented both at the organizational level and at the personal level of an individual employee. Recommendations are given for the prevention, minimization and overcoming of stressful situations for employees.
