The SpaceX IPO: Democratizing Access to the New Space Economy or Concentrating Strategic Power? A Policy Analysis of Financial Markets, Innovation, and Space Governance

The anticipated initial public offering (IPO) of SpaceX represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of the global space economy. As the world's most influential private space enterprise, SpaceX has fundamentally transformed launch economics, satellite communications, and commercial space exploration through innovations such as reusable rockets and the Starlink satellite constellation.
