The textbook reveals the concept, elements and types of obligations, rules for the occurrence and termination of obligations, changes of persons in an obligation, fulfillment of obligations, ensuring their fulfillment and liability for violation. The article examines not only the classical issues of the concept of a contract, its conclusion, amendment and termination, but also the content of the contract, interpretation and qualification, classification and systematization of contracts. The author analyzed the principles of contract law, as well as the importance
of the contract for civil law.
The book will be useful for students to get acquainted with the law of obligations, as well as undergraduates and graduate students who want to deepen their knowledge, as well as law school teachers and practicing lawyers.
