As such, in each of the hotel sampled, four (4) respondents (owner, manager, supervisor; and accountant) of the hotel were randomly selected to have a proportional representation in the twenty-two (22) hotels sampled for the study. Therefore, the researcher engaged eighty-eight (88) respondents for this study. However, the researcher administered a total of 88 questionnaires, in which 80 were duly filled and returned. From the hypotheses tested, the result shown that feedback from customers is the catalyst for innovative ideas, that business owner/managers innovative ideas are accepted and considered. More so, that learning from business failures in the hotel businesses will boost organizational resilience and innovation. The study concluded that entrepreneurial leadership practices and hotel businesses in Bida metropolis were empirically related. Entrepreneurial leadership practices of innovativeness and risk-taking positively affected hotel businesses. The study therefore recommended that the management of hotels in Bida should adopt automated housekeeping, facial recognition for check-in, keyless entrance, and smart room technologies. Also, that to lessen the financial effects of operational, safety, or market-driven disruptions, hotel management in Bida metropolis, Niger State should use data analytics for dynamic pricing, put safety procedures into place, train employees, and use comprehensive insurance
