The textbook reflects the main stages of the formation and development of the domestic office management system. The characteristic of the current legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation regulating modern standards of work with documents is given. The modern requirements for the registration of documents are considered; the problems of the creation and operation of the office management service are outlined; the description of the main technological operations of the documentation support of management is given.
