A századik évfolyamába lépő Lelkipásztor evangélikus teológiai szakfolyóirat a jeles jubileum alkalmából az idei évben tematikus számokkal jelentkezik. A következőkben közölt dolgozatok e sorozat nyitányaként a gyülekezeti ének mint megújuló örökség néhány aspektusát tárják a kedves Olvasók elé. Hisszük és valljuk, hogy az evangélikus egyházzenei tradíció ma is megújulni képes erőforrása egyházunk életének, ennek reménységében a hagyomány gazdagságának néhány színén túl a jelenleg zajló énekeskönyv-megújítás munkájának műhelymunkájába is betekintést nyerhet az Olvasó.
