DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Supply chain management is a key element in ensuring the efficiency of domestic industrial enterprises, as it allows optimizing material, information and financial flows. Given the growing complexity of the business environment and the military operations taking place in and on the territory of Ukraine, enterprises apply different approaches to managing the supply chains of industrial enterprises, focusing on minimizing costs, increasing flexibility and ensuring a high level of consumer satisfaction. The article examines the main problems of planning and managing supply chains at domestic industrial enterprises in the context of economic and geopolitical challenges. The purpose of the article is to study the current state of functioning of supply chains of manufacturing enterprises in conditions of military operations on the territory of Ukraine, as well as to provide proposals for the effective development of supply chain management at domestic industrial enterprises. Key problems affecting the efficiency of logistics processes are investigated, in particular, disruption of transport infrastructure, instability of raw material supply and growth in logistics costs. Existing approaches to managing supply chains at industrial enterprises are analysed, their features, common and distinctive features are identified. The feasibility of integrating Ukrainian enterprises into international production and sales networks is substantiated in order to minimize risks and improve competitiveness. The dynamics of total cargo transportation volumes in Ukraine are studied. The study used methods such as information collection, quantitative data analysis, systematization, deduction and induction, and the graphical method. Practical recommendations are proposed for increasing the sustainability of supply chains through the development of transport infrastructure, reducing energy dependence and applying the principles of sustainable development.
