Teknik-teknik liposuction

Liposuction is one of the most common cosmetic and aesthetic surgical methods performed throughout the world. Liposuction is a surgical procedure that uses a special cannula to infiltrate and suction subcutaneous fat with the aim of changing the contour of the body to an aesthetic shape. Several new liposuction techniques have been developed along with technological developments and are the result of modifications to traditional liposuction techniques. Several techniques in liposuction include: suction assisted liposuction or classic liposuction, ultrasound assisted liposuction, power assisted liposuction, laser assisted liposuction, and water assisted liposuction. These techniques have their respective advantages and disadvantages. However, the conclusions of several studies state that traditional techniques are inferior when compared to the latest techniques, however, they still look at the indications and suitability of the patient's condition and existing resources.   Liposuction merupakan salah satu metode bedah kosmetik dan estetik paling umum yang dilakukan di seluruh dunia. Liposuction merupakan sebuah prosedur bedah yang menggunakan kanula khusus untuk menginfiltrasi dan menyedot lemak subkutan dengan tujuan merubah kontur tubuh menuju ke bentuk yang estetis. Beberapa teknik liposuction terbaru telah dikembangkan seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan merupakan hasil modifikasi dari teknik tradisional liposuction. Adapun beberapa teknik dalam liposuction diantaranya adalah: suction assisted liposuction atau liposuction klasik, ultrasound assisted liposuction, power assisted liposuction, laser assisted liposuction, dan water assisted liposuction. Teknik-teknik ini memiliki keunggulan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Namun kesimpulan dari beberapa studi menyebutkan bahwa teknik tradisional lebih inferior bila dibandingkan dengan teknik-teknik terbaru, namun begitu tetap melihat indikasi dan kesesuaian dari kondisi pasien dan sumber daya yang ada.
