В данной статье рассматривается вопрос обеспечения необходимых условий для подготовки квалифицированных специалистов с высшим образованием на уровне международных стандартов, где основной целью при обучении языкам является развитие у студентов необходимого для межкультурного общения уровня коммуникативной компетентности. В частности, дисциплина «Communication skills» («Навыки общения на русском языке»), ставит целью совершенствование и развитие навыков коммуникативной и межкультурной компетенции.
