Analysis of the influence of factors on the braking efficiency of a tractor-transport train

View through CrossRef
The efficiency of using tractors in transport works is determined by the composition of the tractor train, the number of trailers, their type and total load capacity, maneuverability, the speed of the tractor train, its stability, braking qualities, and the working conditions of the operator. However, the high speed of the tractor train and the implementation of the maximum power of the tractor with a variety of transported goods, the state of the properties of road backgrounds and a number of design features of the rolling stock lead to an increase in dynamic loads. This causes the occurrence of increased oscillatory processes in the "soil - trailer ~ tractor" system, worsens traction and traction properties, controllability, stability, ergonomics and acceleration and braking properties.
