Behçet xəstəliyində inferior vena cava sindromu
View through CrossRef
Behçet xəstəliyi (BX) təkrarlayan oral aft, genital ulser və üveitlə xatakterizə olan, çoxlu orqan tutulumu göstərən xronik iltihabi və multisistemik bir xəstəlikdir. BX-nin xüsusi laborator göstəricisi yoxdur və bu səbəblə klinik əlamətlərə əsaslanaraq diaqnoz qoyulur. Klinik simptomların vaskulyar tutulumun nəticəsində meydana gəldiyi qəbul edilir. Arterial və venoz sistemin bütün ölçüdə olan damarlarını tutabilir. BX-də venoz tutulum daha çox rast gəlinir. Arteriyal tutulum daha az rast gəlinməsinə baxmayaraq daha ciddi nəticələr doğurur. Bu səbəbdən, nadir qarşılaşılan klinik təcrübəmizi təqdim edirik.
