View through CrossRef
Waste water treatment is done biologically. For this two different types of Bio-lters with same size are used. First Bio-lter contains nutrients with packaging material for microorganism growth while second Bio-lter is without Nutrients. It is observed that the organic gasses present in waste water from dairy and food processing industry, efciently removed by rst bio-lter. First bio-lter shows 99% efciency while second bio-lter shows only 75%efciency. In rst bio-lter with nutrients micro-organism grow which helps to oxidize organic gasses fast.
