W artykule przedstawiono praktyczne wykorzystanie User Experience w używanej aplikacji w firmie produkcyjnej. Różnice przed i po modyfikacji GUI z wykorzystaniem doświadczenia użytkownika, jak również najlepsze metody projektowania i testowania GUI, zostały przedstawione w artykule. Wyniki badań pozwalają jednoznacznie stwierdzić, że wykorzystanie doświadczenia użytkownika w projektowaniu graficznym interfejsem użytkownika jest dobrą praktyką.
