Pre-school provision for Travellers

Worcestershire has the largest number of Travellers in the West Midlands area, most being Romany Gypsy in origin. Travellers have based themselves in the area for generations and have until recently been able to find employment on the land, particularly in market gardening which is centred in the Vale of Evesham. However traditional sources of employment, such as picking, are in decline here as in many parts of Britain.
